Ashley's coaching methods are highly effective, and she has a unique ability to connect with people on a deep, personal level. Her solstice celebrations are a wonderful way to honor the changing of the seasons and set intentions for the future and set practices to live more presently.

This was my first ever solstice celebration I had been to & I had a very good experience! I like the idea of having quarterly goals within a 1 year period, so going off of the solstice was very intriguing to be as I set myself up for success. I really liked that we were able to do an activity and set our intentions for the celebration. Overall I really enjoyed myself.

The Solstice Celebrations experience that I was able to experience was amazing. I was able to attend her winter Solstice Celebration, I had a very good time, Ashley teaches about the solstice, what it is for and why it is celebrated. About how it is a time of change from the past season (since the last Solstice) to then start to look to and celebrate the future. I loved the experience, it was fun to learn the intention of the tradition of solstice, to look forward and work for the future, but to also remember your past, along with remembering those intentions that you created at the previous solstice/equinox celebration.

Ashley is amazing at creating a space where you can set your intentions where they can be supported and thrive and also celebrating your intentions for the new season, and celebrating how you have changed since your last solstice celebration.
